Transportation, on the other hand, encompasses all modes of travel including transit, and I think transportation is really the theme of your podcast instead of just transit. Raleigh&#8217;s most recent transportation bond (2013) funded roadway improvements which included street widenings, sidewalks, bike lanes, and streetscaping. However, the upcoming transit bond, if passed, will solely generate revenue for bus service and bus stop improvements.
