If the change is approved, two would be allowed.<\/p>\n<p>A change would also allow trucks in the Downtown Overlay District (DOD). The DOD covers most of Downtown Raleigh, with the exception of Glenwood South down to Hillsborough Street.<\/p>\n<p>Residents can comment on the changes at hearing Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall on Hargett Street.<\/p>\n<p>Food trucks were permitted in Raleigh only after contentious debate for more than one year.
