Police arrested the man and charged him with the attempted break in and for selling pot.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 23-year-old man for driving drunk around 3:15 this morning on the 4000 block of Poole Road.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, April 14<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Someone damaged two plastic and cardboard signs at a Burger King on Poole Road around 4 Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 17-year-old man for drug possession in a park on Northclift Drive at 4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>A 42-year-old man assaulted a 21-year-old woman on the 1700 block of New Hope Church Road. The two share a home on E. Jones   Street around 5 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 29-year-old Wilson man for stealing two jackets, two pairs of boxers and several other things from a New Bern Avenue Walmart just after 5 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Over the weekend, someone made off with a front-loading dryer from a home on Covey Court.<\/p>\n<p>Someone rode off with two Schwinn bicycles from a home on Ann Arbor Court around 1:30 in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight, someone broke into a car on College View Avenue and stole a laptop, GPS and $500 worth of textbooks.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 23-year-old woman for trying to steal a necklace and two bracelets from a Hudson Belk on Old Wake Forest Road just after 3 Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Sometime during the weekend, someone stole $1,500 from the Crazy Fire Mongolian Grill on Spring   Forest Road.<\/p>\n<p>Should have left it at home. Police arrested a 30-year-old Shelby woman for having drug paraphernalia in a car at the 2400 block of Spring Forest Road just before 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Not so funny. Someone smashed in the door to the Comedy Worx club on W. Peace Street overnight and made off with $20 in change.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 22-year-old man for assaulting a 23-year-old woman in a parking lot on Capital   Boulevard at 3:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Put this in the &#8220;Really?&#8221; category. Someone stole six &#8220;WIC checks for food for children&#8221; valued at $500 from the home of a 20-year-old woman on Walnut Street.<\/p>\n<p>Riding away, very slowly. Someone made off with a riding mower, a power washer and a wood chipper from a Tryon Road home overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested an Apex man for driving while impaired around 2:45 Tuesday morning on Oakwood   Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight, someone stole a tote bag with tax documents, two makeup bags and a change purse with about $3 in change from a car on Quail Ridge Road. Police recovered one of the makeup bags and the tote bag with the tax documents, just in time for the tax deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 44-year-old man for assaulting a 63-year-old woman just before 10 p.m. on Grecian Woods Place.<\/p>\n<p>A 19-year-old woman tried to steal $80 in clothes, $6 worth of groceries and about $3 in makeup from a Target on Old Wake Forest Road.<\/p>\n<p>Someone made off with three bicycles from a home on Glascock Street overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 30-year-old man for stealing a 2008 Dodge Durango from the Enterprise Leasing car dealership in Fuquay Varina.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight, someone pried open a trailer door and made off with about $3,000 in construction equipment from a construction site on Arco Corporate Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested two men, 26 and 34, for carrying a concealed weapon on S. Saunders Street at about 3 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>A 42-year-old woman got busted for drug possession in her car on Hill Street at about 4:30 Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Someone broke a bathroom window in at a home on Viewmont Drive overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 43-year-old woman for assaulting a 50-year-old man at his house around 8:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Someone stole a car from a lot on Navaho Drive. Police recovered the car, but the thief made off with a purse and $430.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday morning, someone tried to break in a door to a home on Jackson Dane Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Hide those GPS things. Someone broke into a car on Fox Sterling Drive and stole a GPS overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 30-year-old man for drug possession just before 11 p.m. at an apartment on the 6700 block of Six Forks Road.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, April 13<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Overnight, someone broke into an office building on Triangle Drive and stole an unknown amount of change from a coin machine.<\/p>\n<p>Someone made off with a blue bicycle from an office building on Dresser Court around 11 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The necessities. Police arrested a 16-year-old woman for stealing two pairs of underwear, a bra and a skirt from the Hudson Belk store on Old Wake Forest Road around 4 Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Over the weekend, someone stole a laptop from an apartment on Gresham Grove Lane.<\/p>\n<p>Drunk on the Beltline.
