Monday, April 20<\/strong><\/p>\n

Over the weekend, someone damaged two vending machines on Beryl Road. Someone also tried to break in a door to a nearby business.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 23-year-old man for drug possession just after midnight on Danridge Drive.<\/p>\n

Someone mugged a Papa Johns driver around 1:30 Monday morning and made off with $15.<\/p>\n

Can I notarize that for you? Someone stole a pocket book out of a car parked overnight in a lot on the 4000 block of Atlantic Drive and got a wallet, checkbook and notary seal.<\/p>\n

Police charged a 29-year-old Garner woman for carrying a concealed weapon in her car on I-440 at New Bern Avenue around 1:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

Overnight, someone broke into a snack stand at a city park on Sunnybrook Road. The thief made off with two boxes of corndogs, one box of hotdogs and 10 packages of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups.<\/p>\n

During the day, someone broke into a home on E. Whitaker Mill Road through a side window and stole a computer, a $300 necklace and a gym bag.<\/p>\n

Around 7:30 Monday evening, someone broke into a car parked on the 1500 block of Tryon Road and made off with a cell phone and assorted clothing.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 19-year-old woman with a knife on the 900 block of Method Road just before 8 p.m.<\/p>\n

Someone made off with two computer monitors from an OfficeMax store on Glenwood Avenue around 8:30 Monday evening.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 51-year-old Knightdale man for drunk driving on Highway 64 at New Hope Road around 10 p.m.<\/p>\n

Sunday, April 19<\/strong><\/p>\n

A 16-year-old man got caught with drug paraphernalia at an apartment on Navaho Drive just after midnight.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 29-year-old man for driving while impaired just after 1 a.m. on Neuse Wood Drive.<\/p>\n

Someone damaged a door to a 75-year-old man’s home on Barker Place at about 2:30 Sunday morning.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 29-year-old Navaho Drive woman for child neglect around 2 a.m.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 16-year-old Garner High student with a knife around 2 Sunday morning.<\/p>\n

An RPD officer arrested a 50-year-old Louisburg woman for driving while impaired at the 1300 block of Capital Boulevard at 3 a.m.<\/p>\n

A 40-year-old woman assaulted a 47-year-old man on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard around 8 a.m.<\/p>\n

Overnight, someone tried to pry open a door to a store on the 6600 block of Falls of Neuse Road. On the same block, someone tried to break into doors to two more stores, making off with $18 from one.<\/p>\n

Sometime Sunday afternoon someone made off with 20 pounds of mulch from a home on Camille Court.<\/p>\n

Police charged a 36-year-old man with child neglect at his home on Crescentview Parkway around 2 p.m.<\/p>\n

A woman reported shots fired around 8 Sunday night near Peppermill Drive.<\/p>\n

Saturday, April 18<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overnight, someone broke into a car parked on W. Peace Street and stole a GPS.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 23-year-old man for driving drunk on Wolf Dale Court just after 3 a.m.<\/p>\n

One long Friday night. Police arrested a 19-year-old man for driving drunk at about 6 a.m. Saturday morning, again on Wolf Dale Court.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 42-year-old Durham man on Method Road around 3 a.m.<\/p>\n

Early Saturday morning, someone stole a digital camera, GPS and a radio\/tape player from a car on Ralph Drive.<\/p>\n

A woman reported shots fired just before 6:30 p.m. near Bentgrass Drive.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 48-year-old man on Poole Road around 10 Saturday night.<\/p>\n

A shoplifter made off with nine XBox and Playstation games from the Target store on Triangle Town Boulevard.<\/p>\n
