Police arrested a 24-year-old Durham man for drunk driving on New Hope Road just after 1 a.m.<\/p>\n

Saturday, April 25<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overnight, someone stole a CD player and about $2 in change from a car parked on Vanburen Road.<\/p>\n

Police caught a 28-year-old Garner woman with pot on North King Charles Road just after midnight.<\/p>\n

Again, just after midnight, RPD officers arrested a Greensboro man, 22, for pot possession on Suffolk Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a man, 23, and two women, 23 and 20, at the PizzAmerica on the 2800 block of Hillsborough Street just before 1:30 Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Around 2:30 a.m. police caught a 19-year-old woman driving drunk on the 2600 block of Hillsborough Street.<\/p>\n

A 31-year-old man was assaulted on the 100 bock of South Blount Street around 2:45 a.m.<\/p>\n

Around 4 a.m. police arrested a 24-year-old man for driving while impaired on the 2200 block of Capital Boulevard.<\/p>\n

RPD officers arrested a 21-year-old woman for having drug paraphernalia at her apartment on Manor Village Way.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 24-year-old man for drug possession in his car on 2200 Capital Boulevard just before 4 a.m.<\/p>\n

A long Friday night, with Saturday morning in jail. Police picked up another 24-year-old man, this time on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, for drunk driving around 4:30 Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Back on MLK Blvd. A 24-year-old man got caught carrying a concealed weapon in his car on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard around 5 a.m.<\/p>\n

It’s April, right? Sometime Saturday night, someone stole 12 strands of white Christmas lights from a home on Brooks Avenue.<\/p>\n

Just before 6 a.m. someone smashed in a front window to an apartment on the 1500 block of North Raleigh Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Welcome to Raleigh. Police arrested a 23-year-old Greensboro man for assaulting a 20-year-old woman, from the same Greensboro address, at a hotel on Navaho Drive.<\/p>\n

A 21-year-old woman assaulted a Cary man, 25, with a knife at an apartment building on Versatile Way around 7:30 Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 48-year-old man for assaulting two men, 43 and 53, with a gun around 7:15 a.m. on South Blount Street.<\/p>\n

A 47-year-old man assaulted a 21-year-old woman at their shared apartment on East Jones Street around 2 p.m<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 54-year-old man for drug possession on the railroad tracks near Kindley Street around 4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

A 36-year-old man used a “large knife with black handle” to assault a woman, 27, who lived in the same Deep Hollow Drive apartment complex.<\/p>\n

Around 11 p.m. someone stole a 40-ounce beer from a convenience store on South Saunders Street.<\/p>\n

Friday, April 24<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just before 3 Friday morning, someone broke in a glass door at the Renta Center on North Raleigh Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 27-year-old woman at her home on Sylvester Street around 5 a.m.<\/p>\n

Someone stole a flat-screen TV, DVD player, laptop, two digital cameras, $5,000 in jewelry and a lot more from a house on Red Robin Road around 9 a.m. Police recovered the TV.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 17-year-old man for disorderly conduct at a high school on Wakefield Pines Drive a little after 10 a.m.<\/p>\n

During the day, someone broke into a home on Huntleigh Drive and stole a laptop, PDA and $50 in loose change.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 17-year-old man for selling pot at a high school on Clarendon Crescent at 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Around noon, someone broke in to a home on Demille Place and stole a CD player.<\/p>\n

Friday afternoon someone tried to break into a home on Pasquotank Drive. The would-be thief broke the door and a window.<\/p>\n

Around 2:30, someone broke into a car at a park on West Millbrook Road and stole a GPS.<\/p>\n

Isn’t there a police substation just next door? An 18-year-old Clinton, NC man stole a cell phone from a 16-year-old man at the bus station on West Jones Street at 3:15 p.m.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 42-year-old woman at her apartment on Tivoli Court at 4 p.m.<\/p>\n

Someone stole a video game and a wallet, “blue with glitter,” from a car parked on Melvid Court Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n

Police caught two men, both 16, with drug paraphernalia around 8:30 p.m. at a home on Jasmine Cove Way.<\/p>\n

During the day, someone stole 60 cents in change from a car parked on Mapleside Court.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 47-year-old woman for selling weed just after 9 p.m. on the 500 block of Haywood Street.<\/p>\n

Someone used a gun to steal a 2000 Buick Le Sabre from a 51-year-old man at a park on Cooper Road.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 64-year-old man for drunk driving on the 8700 block of Glenwood Avenue Friday night.<\/p>\n

Police caught a 21-year-old Garner man with pot in his car on the 500 block of Haywood Avenue Friday night.<\/p>\n
