Police arrested an 18-year-old Butner man for having drug paraphernalia at an apartment on the 4900 block of North New Hope Road just after midnight.<\/p>\n

Someone broke into three cars in a lot at 3316 Capital Blvd. a little after midnight and stole two GPSs and a digital camera.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a Garner man, 23, for assaulting a 31-year-old man with a gun at a restaurant at 1201 New Bern Ave. at 3 a.m.<\/p>\n

Saturday, May 30<\/strong><\/p>\n

Someone stole a 1995 Jeep Cherokee from a lot on the 4200 block of Six Forks Road overnight.<\/p>\n

Someone broke into a car overnight and stole a CD player and about 50 CDs.<\/p>\n

A 28-year-old man assaulted a 24-year-old woman at their shared Walnut Creek Parway apartment at 1 a.m.<\/p>\n

A woman reported shots fired near the 1200 block of East Lenoir Street just before 1 a.m.<\/p>\n

Police arrested an 18-year-old man for pot possession on Brentwood Road at 2 a.m.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 25-year-old man for pot possession just after 10 a.m. at an apartment on Stonebrook Terrace.<\/p>\n

During the day Saturday someone stole $39,000 in jewelry from a home on Mountain Mill Drive.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 22-year-old man for selling drugs on Lamont Street at noon Saturday.<\/p>\n

Friday, May 29<\/strong><\/p>\n

Someone broke into a car parked on Malta Avenue overnight and stole a laptop.<\/p>\n

Overnight someone broke into a car on Chatahoochie Lane and stole a GPS.<\/p>\n

Police arrested two men, 33 and 37, for selling pot on the 6000 block of Inona Place just before 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

At about noon Friday someone broke into a car on the 7900 block of Old Wake Forest and stole two checkbooks and a cell phone charger.<\/p>\n

Between 2 and 2:30 p.m. a 63-year-old woman tried to steal two pairs of pants, one pink shirt, a light bulb, a table cloth, a measuring spoon and a kitchen knife from a Wal-Mart on Glenwood Avenue.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 25-year-old Wake Forest woman at Fox Road Elementary a little after 2 p.m.<\/p>\n

Friday afternoon someone stole a red riding mower from a landscaping company working on Dunn Road.<\/p>\n

At 6:30 p.m. someone broke into a car on the 1800 block of Glenwood Avenue and stole a laptop.<\/p>\n

A 27-year-old woman assaulted a man, 26, at their shared home on Hargrove Road at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n

At 8 p.m. police arrested a 32-year-old man for selling pot on the 400 block of North Tarboro Road.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 26-year-old man for pot possession on Knights Bridge Way at around 9 p.m.<\/p>\n

A man reported shots fired near Wingate Drive at about 10:15.<\/p>\n
