Raleigh residents Laura Jackson and Jim Biddell made good use of a sunny Sunday afternoon by kayaking on Crabtree Creekby in their tandem kayak, named “Mojo!”<\/p>\n

Crabtree Creek is a CSS \u2014 a combined sewer overflow tributary \u2014 which means sometimes there is an aroma, they still find this section of the creek a good scenic look at Raleigh. They anticipated a good run due to the recent rain.<\/p>\n

They used the Lassiter Mill Historical Park as their starting point and headed off upstream toward Crabtree Mall; their return route was downstream back to the park near North Hills.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t
