I have been talking about this for years. For at least two years, I have been calling this the pinnacle of public engagement. It\u2019s also further proof that I did not waste my youth, and same goes for you other children of the late ’70s and ’80s. It\u2019s also added evidence to just how nerdy we can get here at the Record.<\/p>\n
Do you remember Mystery Science Theater 3000? That\u2019s MST3k for the initiated. If you have no idea what I\u2019m talking about, you\u2019re missing out. Check it out<\/a>. Essentially it\u2019s two robots and a human watching old movies in their entirety and making fun, talking smack and generally being obnoxious while a random B movie plays on in front of them.<\/p>\n So we borrowed the idea and now we present to you\u2026<\/p>\n Raleigh City Council Peanut Gallery<\/p>\n I\u2019d use MST3k, but I don\u2019t want to get sued.
