Sometime overnight someone stole a spare tire from a car parked on the 3900 block of Wake Forest Road.<\/p>\n

Sometime early Tuesday morning someone stole a black iPod and an iPod tape player adapter from a car parked on the 1400 block of Brookside Drive.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a Garmin GPS from a car parked outside a home on the 4200 block of Timberwood Drive.<\/p>\n

Early Tuesday morning someone stole three DVDs from a car parked on the 1300 block of Plymouth Court.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a green lawn mower from a home on the 900 block of Marlborough Road.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 40, for driving while impaired at the intersection of Capital Boulevard and Brentwood Road at about 1:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

Sometime Tuesday morning someone stole a debit card and $40 from a car parked on the 6100 block of Falls of Neuse Road.<\/p>\n

At about 1:30 a.m. someone stole a black leather wallet, a credit card and a North Carolina driver’s license from a 21-year-old man on the 2500 block of Gorman Street.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a TV and an acoustic guitar from a home on the 2400 block of Pepperfield Drive.<\/p>\n

At about 2 a.m. someone assaulted a two 20-year-old men and a 23-year-old man outside of an apartment building on the 1800 block of Diploma Court.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a black iPod and $300 from a car parked on the 4200 block of Timberwood Drive.<\/p>\n

At 2:30 a.m. a man, 41, assaulted a 29-year-old man on the 100 block of Oberlin Road.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a woman, 44, outside of Absolute Collections on the 6500 block of Glenwood Avenue at about 7:15 a.m.<\/p>\n

At about 9:10 a.m. someone stole a black purse and a cell phone from a car parked on the 6100 block of St. Giles Street.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a woman, 27, for trying to steal $222 worth of children’s clothes from a Marshalls on the 6400 block of Triangle Plantation Drive at 10:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

At about 10:30 a.m. someone stole $300 from the Beansprout restaurant on the 3700 block of Hillsborough Street.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 22, for pot possession on the 4200 block of Greencastle Court at 10:45 a.m.<\/p>\n

Just after noon someone stole a DVD player, an Xbox and ten Xbox games from a home on the 500 block of Chavis Way.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a woman, 57, on the 12000 block of Rosalie Street at about 12:45 p.m.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 39, for trying to steal two pairs of women’s blue jeans and a white tank top from a Sears on the 7300 block of Old Wake Forest Road at about 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Sometime Tuesday afternoon someone stole a laptop from an apartment on the 6600 block of Lake Hill Drive.<\/p>\n

At about 2:30 p.m. a 31-year-old man assaulted another man, 45, on the 7900 block of North Oklahoma Drive.<\/p>\n

Sometime Tuesday afternoon someone stole a Sony laptop and an Xbox from a home on the 2800 block of Filbet Street.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a woman, 25, for trying to steal a shirt and a purse from a Belk’s on the 7500 block of Old Wake Forest Road at 4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

At 6 p.m. a man, 53, assaulted a 21-year-old man on the 200 block of Fayetteville Street.<\/p>\n

Someone stole a blue hammer drill from a car parked on the 4800 block of Bluestone Drive sometime Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n

At 8 p.m. someone assaulted a 51-year-old woman outside of a home on the 8700 block of Compass Lane.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 49, for driving while impaired on the 8400 block of Wild Wood Forest Road at about 8:40 p.m.<\/p>\n

Sometime Tuesday afternoon someone stole a rifle, a shotgun, a pressure washer and a radio from a home on the 4400 block of Liverpool Lane.<\/p>\n

Someone stole $1,300 worth of jewelry from a home on the 600 block of Delany Drive at about 10:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

At 10:30 p.m. a 23-year-old man assaulted and stole a pink cell phone from a woman, 17, outside an apartment on the 1100 block of Garner Road. Police later found the phone, and the man.<\/p>\n
