Police in Baltimore arrested a man wanted for a murder that happened in June, 2007 in Raleigh.<\/p>\n

Police detectives brought Alexis Ochoa, 37, back to Raleigh yesterday and accused him of killing Pascual Cobix Xolo, 36, two years ago. According to police, Xolo’s body was found on the 2500 block of South Saunders Street on the evening of June 3, 2007.<\/p>\n

Police charged Ochoa with murder, the department also charged him with robbery in an unrelated case.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a brown wallet and $5 from cars parked on the 4800 block of Forest Highland Drive.<\/p>\n

Early Tuesday morning someone stole a cell phone charger from a car parked on the 1500 block of Caswell Street.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a Gucci wallet, two debit cards, a laptop bag and a laptop from a car parked on the 2200 block of Laurel Valley Way. Police later found the wallet and laptop bag.<\/p>\n

Early Tuesday morning someone stole a Playstation 3, a Playstation 3 controller, a digital camera and 15 video games from a home on the 2600 block of Ivory Run Way.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a man, 29, with a knife on the 4500 block of Pleasant Valley Road at about 1 a.m.<\/p>\n

Early Tuesday Morning someone stole a 52-inch TV from a home on the 300 block of Worth Street.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 45, for stealing $120 from a man, 57, outside an apartment on the 500 block of Branch Street at about 2 a.m.<\/p>\n

Someone stole a black Tommy Hilfiger wallet, a lighter, a red flip phone and pair of house and car keys from a man outside his home on the 900 block of Bunche Drive at about 2:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

At about 2:45 a.m. someone assaulted a man, 22, with a knife on the 7000 block of Sandy Forks Road.<\/p>\n

Police arrested two 19-year-old men, a 16-year-old man and an 18-year-old man for pot possession at the intersection of Perry Creek Road and Filbin Creek Drive at 3 a.m.<\/p>\n

At 4 a.m. someone assaulted a 22-year-old woman outside of an apartment building on the 700 block of Ileagnes Road.<\/p>\n

Police arrested two men, 20 and 42, for pot possession on the 300 block of Freeman Street at 9 a.m.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 18, for stealing $300 from a 47-year-old woman on the 2600 block of Rock Quarry Road.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a woman, 29, outside of a store on the 1400 block of Corporation Parkway at about 9:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

At about 10:30 a.m. someone stole 16.7 gallons of gas from an Exxon station on the 9500 block of Strickland Road.<\/p>\n

Someone stole Orange weed eater, an edger, a backpack blower and a push lawn mower from Majestic Landscapes on the 6200 block of Falls of Neuse Road at 11 a.m.<\/p>\n

Just before noon someone stole a debit card from a car parked on the 3000 block of Holston Lane.<\/p>\n

At noon someone stole two Xboxs, two wallets, a key ring, $600,\u00a0 a black Apple I-Phone, a flat screen TV and a cell phone from a woman, 21, outside of her home on the 3200 block of Shire Lane Court.<\/p>\n

Just after noon someone stole a pair of gold earrings from a commercial building on the 4900 block of Green Road.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 22, for pot possession on the 2400 block of New Hope Church Road at about 12:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 25-year-old woman outside of an apartment building on the 2800 block of Millbrook Manor Circle at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

At 1:45 p.m. someone assaulted two men, 20 and 38, in a park on the 1300 block of Crabtree Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 24, for trying to steal six packs of deodorant from a Food Lion on the 4500 block of Capital Boulevard at about 2:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Sometime Tuesday afternoon someone stole a black lamb skin bible and a blue CD case from a car parked on the 4700 block of New Bern Avenue.<\/p>\n

At 4 p.m. someone stole a Silver amp, two black subwoofers, a white and pink purse and $500 from a car parked on the I-440 inner belt.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 17, for stealing a two liter of Coke, a pizza warmer bag and two pizzas from a Dominos pizza delivery driver on the 3500 block of Futura Lane at 5:15 p.m.<\/p>\n

Someone stole $21 worth of gas from a Circle K gas station on the 4400 block of Louisburg Road at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n

At about 7 p.m. someone stole a black Glock 40-caliber handgun from a car parked on the 2800 block of Croydon Street.<\/p>\n

Sometime Tuesday afternoon someone stole a GPS from a car parked on the 7500 block of Old Wake Forest Road.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 43, for driving while impaired on the 3900 block of Spring Forest Road at about 7:45 p.m.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a woman, 44, for assaulting a 48-year-old woman on the 3300 block of Glenwood Avenue at 8 p.m.<\/p>\n

At about 8:30 p.m. someone stole a brown ladies wallet, a Wachovia check card, two Garmin GPS units, three car chargers, a pink GPS unit, a black CD case, a Sony PSP speaker and a pair of sunglasses from cars parked on the 5900 block of Triangle Town Boulevard.<\/p>\n
