                                        • Plan was submitted to the City Council for adoption of May 5, but the Council requested\u00a0additional information. Plan will be submitted again to the City Council on May 19th, with\u00a0update information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                    • Improvement projects to the greenways in the CAC. Structural and pavement repairs.<\/li>\n

                                                      • June 4th, celebration of trails \u2013 Anderson Point Park is the location<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                        1. Raleigh Arts Plan<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                          • Direct the arts, and cultural development of the arts within the city<\/li>\n
                                                          • Presented a survey to gather information on the cultural arts interest of the CAC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                              • At the neighborhood meeting, the attendees supported the rezoning<\/li>\n
                                                              • Concerns were raised about adding an additional car dealership to the area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                  1. 5 in favor<\/li>\n
                                                                  2. 8 not in favor<\/li>\n
                                                                  3. Zoning Case – 5305 Kyle Drive – .49 acres \u2013 presentation, no vote<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                    • Plan to build two homes on the parcels once approved and the property will be subdivided\u00a0into two .25 acres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                                          \n
                                                                        1. Rezoning \u2013 3612 Buffaloe Rd and 3601 Durwood Lane<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
