State Employees\u2019 Credit Union Building \u2013 Downtown 2007\n\nPerhaps one of the most noticeable changes is the addition of the 12-story State Employees\u2019 Credit Union (SECU) building. Construction on the tower began in 2009 but due to issues with one of the subcontractors, completion was delayed. At one time, SECU planned to lease some of the floors to tenants but due to membership growth, the credit union is using the entire building.<\/p><\/div>
