Sunday, July 5<\/strong><\/p>\n

Someone reported shots fired between 1 and 2 a.m. on Haynes Street.<\/p>\n

Overnight someone broke into an apartment on Cum Laude Court and stole an XBox, a guitar and one red satin pillowcase.<\/p>\n

At 3:20 a.m. someone stole a 1997 Cadillac DeVille from a lot on the 1200 block of New Bern Avenue.<\/p>\n

Saturday, July 4<\/strong><\/p>\n

A little after midnight police arrested a 20-year-old man for pot possession on the 300 block of Branch Street.<\/p>\n

Overnight someone broke into a home on Beaverwood Drive and stole a laptop.<\/p>\n

Police arrested two women, 26 and 29, for engaging in affray at a club at 3 Glenwood Avenue.<\/p>\n

At 2 a.m. police arrested a 19-year-old man after a woman reported shots fired on the 2200 block of Fox Ridge Manor.<\/p>\n

Someone smashed in the front door to a BP gas station on the 1900 block of Wake Forest Road and stole $300 and several cartons of cigarettes.<\/p>\n

Saturday morning someone kicked in the door to a home on the 500 block of Hilltop Drive and stole a television, a laptop and a Raggedy Ann piggybank with $5 worth of change inside.<\/p>\n

Police arrested two men, 17 and 21, for carrying a concealed weapon at an apartment on Reise Drive.<\/p>\n

Someone with a weapon assaulted a 46-year-old man on South Swain Street between 6 and 7 p.m.<\/p>\n

Someone with a knife assaulted a 23-year-old woman at a Sawyer Road apartment at 9:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 42-year-old man just before 10 p.m. for disorderly conduct on Steinbeck Drive.<\/p>\n

At 11 p.m. a Raleigh woman, 42, assaulted a Wake Forest woman, 31, at a home on Bisland Drive.<\/p>\n

Friday, July 3<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overnight someone stole a radar detector and $10 from a car parked on Ashbury Court.<\/p>\n

Police arrested two men, 21 and 22, for pot possession on the 1700 block of Hillsborough Street at about 3:20 a.m.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 22-year-old man just after 4 a.m. at an apartment on Daybrook Circle.<\/p>\n

At 4:20 a.m. someone mugged a man, 25, and a woman, 43, at the corner of Green Road and New Hope Church Road. The robber got off with the woman’s purse.<\/p>\n

Early Friday morning someone broke into a car on the 5700 block of Magellan Way and stole a wallet and a cell phone.<\/p>\n

A 40-year-old man tried to steal 17 pairs of white socks from a convenience store on the 1800 block of Garner Road at 10:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

Someone with a gun assaulted a Fuquay Varina man, 20, in a parking lot on the 3000 block of Capital Boulevard.<\/p>\n

Someone broke into three cars parked on Yadkin Drive during the day and stole a digital camera, two purses, $120 and an iPhone, among other things.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 52-year-old man for having drug paraphernalia on the 10700 block of Glenwood Avenue just after 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

Someone broke into four cars in a lot at 2500 Howard Drive between 3 and 3:30 p.m. and stole three purses, a laptop and a cell phone.<\/p>\n

During the day someone broke into a car on Sandlin Place and stole a CD\/DVD player.<\/p>\n

Between 6:30 and 7 p.m. someone stole a handgun out of a car parked on Creekside Drive.<\/p>\n
