Within hours after the incident, the RPD issued a warrant for Brandon Daniel Sloan, 23, in connection with the shooting.<\/p>\n<p>In an email press release, RPD spokesman Jim Sughrue said, &#8220;The three victims of the shooting are: Rashed Amin Green, 27; Fatima Dar-Salaam Elliott, 29; and Bradley Lamont Patterson, 23. Green was shot in the abdomen and the hand. Elliott was shot in the chest. Patterson was shot in the thigh.&#8221; All three victims were transported to WakeMed.<\/p>\n<p>Police found Sloan&#8217;s car earlier today, but are asking for public assistance finding Sloan, shown in the photo on to the right. Raleigh police ask that anyone who may know of Sloan&#8217;s whereabouts call the department&#8217;s detective division at (919) 996-3555 or Raleigh CrimeStoppers at (919) 834-HELP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bank robbery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just before 11 this morning a man robbed a BB&amp;T bank on Six Forks Road. The Raleigh Police Department said he showed a gun to a teller and made off with the cash on foot.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"178\" height=\"240\" class=\"right size-full wp-image-2413\" title=\"bbt-1\" src=\"http:\/\/www.raleighpublicrecord.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/bbt-1.jpg\" alt=\"bbt-1\" \/><\/a>Raleigh police spokeswoman Laura Hourigan said the man, as seen in the surveilance camera photo to the right, wore a fake mustache, large-frame glasses and a dark hat.<\/p>\n<p>Raleigh police ask that anyone who recognizes the man call the department at (919) 996-3555 or Raleigh CrimeStoppers at (919) 834-HELP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday, July 8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just after midnight today police  arrested a man, 45, for driving while impaired on the 6100 block of  Waterside Lane.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 23-year-old  man for pot possession on the 5500 block of Newberry Street at about  12:45 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Someone stole a GPS from a  car parked outside a home on the 3000 block of Trassacks Drive at about  1:15 this morning.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a man, 30,  for assaulting a 57-year-old man with a weapon on the 600 block of West  Hargett Street at about 1:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>At about 2:15 a.m. someone  stole glass tip gars and $1 in change from a restaurant on the 3200  block of Hillsborough Street.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 29-year-old  man for pot possession on the 300 block of Haywood Drive at 4:30 this morning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, July 7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Early Tuesday morning someone  stole a White Roper refrigerator from a home on the 1100 block of Gregg  Street.<\/p>\n<p>Sometime overnight someone  stole a 37-inch flat-screen TV from a Marriott Hotel on the 4500 block  of Marriott Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Early Tuesday morning someone  stole a barbershop pole from a barbershop on the 1300 block of Azalea  Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Sometime overnight someone  stole a 47-inch TV and a video game console from a home on the 7300  block of Wilderness Road.<\/p>\n<p>Someone assaulted a man, 21, and stole  a black flip phone at the intersection of Mitchell Mill  Road and Forestville Road at about 5:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>At 7 a.m. police arrested a  man, 53, for assaulting a 58-year-old man with a knife on the 7000 block  of Brecken Ridge Way.<\/p>\n<p>At 8:45 Tuesday Morning police  arrested a woman, 25, for pot possession on the 6900 block of Beaverwood  Street.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a man, 33,  for pot possession on the 300 block of North Harrington Street at about  9 Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>At 10:30 a.m. police arrested  a 24-year-old woman for trying to steal $1,030.69 from a Dunkin Donuts  on the 4400 block of Falls of the Neuse Road.<\/p>\n<p>At about 11:15 a.m. a 28-year-old  woman assaulted a 27-year-old man with a knife on the 1500 block of  Tivolt Court.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 23-year-old  man for pot possession on the 400 block of East Jones Street at about  8:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Someone assaulted a man, 20,  outside of a home on the 3300 block of Brentwood Drive at about 11 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>At about 11:15 p.m. a man,  40 assaulted another man of the same age outside a home on the 4600 block  of Fisk Court.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 34-year-old  woman for driving while impaired on the 100 block of North Blount Street  at about 11:30 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A shooting and a bank robbery today: the RPD needs your help.
