Just after midnight someone stole a brown leather wallet and $38 from a home on the 1700 block of Ithaca Lane.<\/p>\n

At 12:15 this morning a 28-year-old man assaulted a woman of the same age at her home on the 9500 block of East Prince George Lane.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 44, for pot possession on the 200 block of South Blount Street at about 4:15 a.m.<\/p>\n

Thursday, July 30<\/strong><\/p>\n

Early Thursday morning someone stole a pressure washer and $1,445 worth of tools from a car on the 4200 block of Middle Oaks Drive.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a GPS, a seven-inch DVD player and 40 DVDs from a home on the 9400 block of Erinsbrook Drive.<\/p>\n

Early Thursday morning someone stole a grey Garmin GPS and an Apple iPod from an apartment building on the 1900 block of Melrose Valley Circle.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a stainless steel microwave, a black refrigerator, a 32-inch TV, a Kirby vacuum, a wooden frame ladder, a square table and a Playstation 3 video game console from a home on the 2600 block of Dutch Grove Circle.<\/p>\n

Early Thursday morning someone stole a HP laptop, a Nike bag, $400 worth of tools, a black iPod and a Jensen CD\/DVD player from a car parked outside a home on the 9400 block of Erinsbrook Drive.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a GPS and an 80-gig iPod from a car parked on the 4300 block of Lead Mine Road.<\/p>\n

Early Thursday morning someone stole CD player, a GPS and a radar detector from a car parked on the 5900 block of Wolf Walk Way.<\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a 40-inch Samsung TV from a home on the 4500 block of Drewbridge Way.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 47-year-old woman for driving while impaired on the 100 block of King William Road just after midnight.<\/p>\n

At 2:20 a.m. police arrested a man, 27, for DWI on the 600 block of Hillsborough Street.<\/p>\n

Just after 3 a.m. police arrested a 39-year-old man for driving while impaired on the 200 block of South Dawson Street.<\/p>\n

Someone stole a TomTom GPS and two Blackberry cell phones from a car parked on the 6100 block of Falls of Neuse Road at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a woman, 25, for trying to steal two pairs of earrings from a Sears on the 7300 block of Old Wake Forrest Road.<\/p>\n

At 3:50 p.m. someone stole a gold wedding ring, a Nintendo Wii, a white iPod, an aniversiry ring, a spare car key, a gold fraternity pin, two jewelry boxes and a Yankees hat from an apartment on the 2400 block of Tony Tank Lane. Police later found the hat and jewelry boxes.<\/p>\n

At about 5 p.m. police arrested a 20-year-old man for trying to steal a Joose Dragon Energy drink from a Food Lion on the 1600 block of Crosslink Road.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 17, for drug possession on the 500 block of South Haywood Street at 8:40 p.m.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a woman, 21, on the 4700 block of Green Road at about 9 Thursday night.<\/p>\n

At 9 p.m. police arrested a man, 19, for trying to steal nail polish, a fake nail kit, and a sports bra from a Wal-mart on the 4400 block of New Bern Avenue.<\/p>\n

9:50 a.m. police arrested a man, 32, for pot possession on the 600 block of Hadley Road.<\/p>\n

Someone stole a GPS from a car parked on the 5500 block of Atlantic Springs Road at about 3:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a man, 17, on the 12,000 block of Honey Church Street at about 10:15 p.m.<\/p>\n

At 11 p.m. police arrested a man, 28, for assaulting a man, 26, outside of an apartment building on the 6000 block of Shadetree Lane.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, July 29<\/strong><\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 25-year-old woman outside of an apartment building on the 1900 block of Peach Creek Drive at about 2 a.m.<\/p>\n

At about 8:15 a.m. someone stole a red riding lawn mower and four wooden coliseum seats from a home on the 100 block of Park Avenue.<\/p>\n

At 2 p.m. someone assaulted a woman, 26, with a weapon on the 3000 block of Ashburn Court.<\/p>\n

Sometime Wednesday afternoon someone stole a Nintendo Wii and 10 video games from a home on the 2100 block of Turtle Point Drive.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 26-year-old woman outside her home on the 1800 block of Crossroads Arbor Way at about 3:15 p.m.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 20, for pot possession on the 1500 block of Elkpark Drive at about 3:50 p.m.<\/p>\n

At 6:45 p.m. two women, 38 and 17, assaulted each other outside a home on the 3200 block of Groveshire Drive.<\/p>\n

Just before 7 Wednesday night police arrested two women, 22 and 20, for trying to steal ten pairs of socks and four undergarments from a Wal-mart on the 4400 block of New Bern Avenue.<\/p>\n

At 9:30 p.m. someone assaulted a man, 28, with a weapon on the 3200 block of Falls of the Neuse Road.<\/p>\n
