Wednesday, August 12<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a rottweiler from a home on the 8200 block of Wynewood Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

Early Wednesday morning someone stole an insurance card, a registration card and $2 in change from a car parked outside a home on the 8400 block of Stonegate Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometime overnight someone stole a Nintendo DS, a Matchbox 20 CD, a Rascal Flatts CD and 75 cents from a car parked on the 8800 block of Colesbury Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just after midnight someone assaulted a 29-year-old woman outside a home on the 5100 block of Creedmoor Road.<\/span><\/p>\n

At about 2 a.m. someone stole a GPS and a cell phone headset from a car parked on the 3400 block of Melrose Ridge Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

Someone stole a Blackberry and a CD player from a car parked on the 3100 block of Trassacks Road at 2 a.m. Police later found the CD player.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 2:30 a.m. someone assaulted a 44-year-old woman outside a home on the 100 block of Maywood Avenue.<\/span><\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 54, for trying to steal six Little Debbie cakes from a gas station on the 1400 block of New Hope Church Road at 8 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just after 10 a.m. someone assaulted two women, 23 and 45, outside a home on the 8300 block of Pilots View Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometime Wednesday morning someone stole a Mac notebook, an Apple iPhone, a beige colored purse and $250 from an apartment on the 6100 block of Wolf View Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 27-year-old woman on the 4800 block of Falls of Neuse Road at about 4:15 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 5:45 p.m. police arrested a 20-year-old man for pot possession from an apartment on the 3400 block of Melrose Ridge Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometime Wednesday afternoon someone stole a Playstation 3, a computer and a 50-inch TV from an apartment on the 400 block of Hensley Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just after 8:10 p.m. police arrested a man, 24, for pot possession on the 4500 block of Falls of Neuse Road.<\/span><\/p>\n

At about 9:20 p.m. police arrested a man, 17, and a woman, 16, for pot possession in a park on the 1000 block of Clear Creek Farm Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 18, for pot possession on the 200 block of South Blount Street at about 9:45 Wednesday night.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tuesday, August 11<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Early Tuesday morning someone stole a JVC camcorder from an apartment on the 3200 block of Calumet Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometime Tuesday morning someone stole a DVD player from a car parked on the 3000 block of Twinfield Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

Early Tuesday morning someone stole a black portable DVD player and a pink girl\u2019s wallet from a car parked on the 1700 block of High Holly Lane.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 2:10 a.m. police arrested a man, 29, for driving while impaired on the 200 block of North Dawson Street.<\/span><\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a woman, 27, on the 500 block of Bragg Street at about 8:20 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 9:15 a.m. someone stole a tan purse, two containers of makeup and some medication from a car parked outside a bank on the 1600 block of Pacific Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 45-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman outside of a hotel on the 900 block of Wake Towne Drive at 11:30 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just after noon someone stole $20 from a home on the 1700 block of East Lenoir Street. <\/span><\/p>\n

Someone stole a Bulova gold watch and two gold rings from a home on the 7400 block of Barberry Court at about 12:40 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 1 Tuesday afternoon police arrested a 19-year-old man for pot possession from a home on the 500 block of Dandelion Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometime Tuesday afternoon someone stole two portable video game systems from a home on the 6800 block of Lynn Townes Court.<\/span><\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 20, for trying to steal an Xbox 360 network modem from a walmart on the 4400 block of New Bern Avenue at 1:15 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

At 1:40 p.m. police arrested a woman, 25, for trying to steal two shirts, a pair of gray shorts and a pair of “princess shorts” from a JC Pennys on the 4200 block of Six Forks Road.<\/span><\/p>\n

Someone stole $50 from an apartment on the 1200 block of University Court at about 3 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 29, for assaulting a woman, 51, with a gun on the 7800 block of Six Forks Road.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just before 6:30 p.m. someone assaulted a man, 25, outside an apartment building on the 2200 block of North Hills Drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

At about 7:40 p.m. someone stole $320 from an apartment on the 300 block of Fayetteville Street.<\/span><\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 23, for pot possession on the 2800 block of Seclusion Court just before 9 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just before 9 p.m. someone stole an iPod and $25 from a car parked outside a home on the 2600 block of Clark Avenue.<\/span><\/p>\n

Police arrested a man, 31, for pot possession on the 1600 block of Oakwood Drive just after 10 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n
