Sunday, August 23<\/strong><\/p>\n Overnight, someone stole a GPS from a car on the 5900 block of Wolf Dale Lane.<\/p>\n Someone assaulted a man using a dangerous weapon in a parking lot at 3009 Hillsborough St. at 12:10 a.m.<\/p>\n A 19-year-old man assaulted a 22-year-old man at an apartment on the 2100 block of Thesis Circle at around 2 a.m.<\/p>\n At 12:03 p.m. a 35-year-old man assaulted a 31-year-old man at a home on the 5700 block of Whillow Blue Lane.<\/p>\n Someone stole a Mazda from a parking lot at 450 E Davie St. between 9:44 and 11:40 p.m.<\/p>\n Saturday, August 22<\/strong><\/p>\n Overnight, someone stole a purse, an iPod and a camera from a car parked in a parking lot at 901 Tryon Hill Dr.<\/p>\n Someone stole a GPS from a car on the 1200 block of East Martin Street overnight.<\/p>\n Overnight, someone stole a laptop from a home on the 3900 block of Iron Horse Road.<\/p>\n Before 9 a.m. someone stole two televisions, two laptops, a DVD player, an iPod, a camera and a speaker from a house on the 7400 block of Valley Run Drive.<\/p>\n Overnight, someone stole a green 18-speed mountain bike from the 600 block of East Davie Street.<\/p>\n Someone stole $200 from under a mattress in an apartment on the 2400 block of Wesvill Court at around 2 a.m.<\/p>\n At 2:45 a.m. someone strongarmed two Marines at 1501 New Bern Ave.<\/p>\n A 46-year-old man assaulter another 24-year-old man with a knife on the 2900 block of Calvary Drive at around 2:20 p.m. Police found a blood-soaked towel.<\/p>\n The same man also assaulted a Highway Patrol officer at the same time and place.
