Thursday, December 3<\/strong><\/p>\n

Just after midnight a 54-year-old man tried to steal about $8 in groceries from a Kroger Store at 1601 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.<\/p>\n

Over the past couple days someone stole two gun from an apartment on the 1300 block of Park Glen Drive.<\/p>\n

Overnight someone stole a Walmart gift card out of a car parked on the 3400 block of Edgemont Drive.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 28-year-old man for driving while impaired on the 1400 block of South Saunders Street at 2:45 a.m.<\/p>\n

Just before 3 a.m. police arrested an Asheboro man, 21, for drug possession and driving while impaired.<\/p>\n

Overnight someone broke into a car parked on the 4400 block of Capital Boulevard and stole a GPS and a camera.<\/p>\n

Someone stole a GPS out of a car parked at a hotel on the 3500 block of Wake Forest Road overnight.<\/p>\n

Early Thursday morning someone broke into a 2002 Chevy Silverado. They caused $500 in damage and made off with $5.<\/p>\n

Just after 6 a.m. police arrested a woman, 50, and a man, 19, for possessing drug paraphernalia on the 100 block of East Davie Street.<\/p>\n

A woman, 43, tried to steal a box of Tampons, a tube of lipstick and a bottle of hairspray from the CVS on Fayetteville Street at about 9:15 a.m.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 21-year-old man at his apartment on the 800 block of Cooper Road at 11:30 a.m.<\/p>\n

At noon police caught a man, 27, with pot at his apartment on the 3900 block of Haresnipe Court.<\/p>\n

Just after noon police arrested a 20-year-old man for drug possession on the 500 block of South Swain Street.<\/p>\n

Between noon and 1 p.m. someone stole $585 from a home one the 9500 block of Candor Oaks Drive.<\/p>\n

At some point during the day someone stole a vacuum cleaner, a touch-screen computer monitor and a receipt printer from the Buckhead Saloon at 117 S. West St.<\/p>\n

Thursday afternoon someone broke into a home on the 4500 block of Antique Lane and stole almost $2,000 worth of jewelry.<\/p>\n

During the day someone stole a DVD player and $3,000 in jewelry from a home one the 3100 block of Folkestone Place.<\/p>\n

Someone with a knife robbed a gas station at 3310 Olympia Dr. at about 10:45 p.m.<\/p>\n

Wednesday, December 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

Someone stole a 1985 Chevrolet overnight. Police later recovered the vehicle.<\/p>\n

Between 7 and 8 a.m. someone stole a computer monitor and a cell phone from a home on the 2700 block of Boxelder Court.<\/p>\n

A 37-year-old man tried to break into a home on the 1300 block of Branch Street at about 8 a.m.<\/p>\n

During the day someone broke in the rear window to a home on the 2100 block of Ramsgate Street and stole a laptop and another computer.<\/p>\n

Someone assaulted a 41-year-old man at an apartment on the 1100 block of Crab Orchard Drive at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n

Just before 8 p.m. someone with a gun robbed two men, 23 and 39, in a parking lot on the 4700 block of Archean Way. The mugger got away with $60.<\/p>\n

At 8:30 p.m. someone with a gun robbed a Sally Beauty Supply on the 4500 block of New Bern Avenue. The robber got away with $377 and a pair of clippers.<\/p>\n
