{"id":4512,"date":"2010-09-17T16:21:47","date_gmt":"2010-09-17T21:21:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.raleighpublicrecord.org\/?p=4512"},"modified":"2010-09-17T16:21:47","modified_gmt":"2010-09-17T21:21:47","slug":"sept-17-police-blotter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theraleighcommons.org\/raleighpublicrecord\/blotter\/2010\/09\/17\/sept-17-police-blotter\/","title":{"rendered":"Sept. 17 police blotter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Friday<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just after midnight a 19-year-old male was arrested for pot possession on the 800 block of Bragg   Street.<\/p>\n<p>At about 12:15 a.m. a 1997 Plymouth Voyager was reported stolen on the 3900 block of New   Bern Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Early this morning a 32-year-old male was charged with possession of marijuana on the 200 block of Hargett Street.<\/p>\n<p>At 4:15 a.m. shots were reported fired on the 3000 block of Capital Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Someone assaulted a 31-year-old woman at about 3:30 Thursday morning on the 1000 block of Brighton   Road.<\/p>\n<p>Sometime during the night someone stole four AC units from an apartment complex on the 1600 block of North Market Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight someone stole a platinum necklace, 2 Yankees hats, 2 pairs of Jordans and a pair of Lebrons from an apartment on the 5700 block of Magellan Way.<\/p>\n<p>Early in the morning someone broke a double paned glass window on the 5900 block of Timber   Creek Drive.<\/p>\n<p>At 7:45 a.m. someone broke in and stole a laptop and $240 from a home on the 500 block of Smokeridge   Lane.<\/p>\n<p>At about 8 a.m. a car stereo was stolen out of a Hyundai parked on the 5000 block of Cape  Brenton.<\/p>\n<p>At 12:30 p.m. two men were arrested for pot possession on the 2800 block of Capital   Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p>Early Thursday afternoon a green iPod and a digital camera were stolen from a home on the 5300 block of Cypress Lane.<\/p>\n<p>At about 2:30 p.m. someone stole a container of olive oil cr\u00e8me relaxer from the V-K Discount Beauty Supply store on the 4600 block of Capital Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p>At 3 p.m. someone stole 14 personal care items from the CVS pharmacy on the 3900 block of Capital   Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p>At about 3:30 p.m. someone stole a pink change purse and a self-powered flashlight from a vehicle on the 6600 block of Morgantown Street.<\/p>\n<p>Sometime this afternoon a pink UNC purse was stolen from the JC Penney on the 4200 block of Six   Forks Road.<\/p>\n<p>At some point during the day someone stole a vacuum cleaner from an apartment building on the 1800 block of Generation Drive.<\/p>\n<p>A 32-year-old woman was arrested for pot possession at about 11:15 p.m. on the 5100 block of Liston   Dr.<\/p>\n<p>At about 11:30 p.m. someone reported shots fired on the 4600 block of Grinding Stone Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight someone stole a burgundy 15-inch mountain bike on the 2300 block of Sapphire Valley   Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Someone stole a valet key and a silver Volkswagen Passat overnight on the 200 block of Duncan   Street.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just after midnight someone reported shots fired on the 4800 block of Bluebird Court.<\/p>\n<p>At 12:15 a.m. someone reported a peeping tom at the 5000 block of Simmons Branch Trail.<\/p>\n<p>Between 10 and 10:30 a.m. someone broke into a car on the 4400 block of Brockton Drive and stole a GPS system.<\/p>\n<p>Sometime during the day on Wednesday someone stole $170 cash from a building on the 100 block of South   Salisbury Street.<\/p>\n<p>Just after 7 p.m. a wig was reported stolen from the V-A Plus Beauty Supply store on the 2100 block of New Bern Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Police arrested a 28-year-old Cary man for pot possession on the 100 block of East Hargett Street at 9:45 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight someone broke into a car on the 1400 block of Ollie Street and stole a stereo system.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two pink purses stole on the same day.
