The case changes a large swath of property near the intersection of Hillsborough and Morgan streets to make way for a new development. What that new development will look like is still a question, but see the approved set of zoning conditions in the document below.<\/p>\n<p>Council approved the zoning 6-1 with District D&#8217;s Thomas Crowder voting against.<\/p>\n<p>Councilors did make one change at their meeting today.
