style='clear: both' \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>A year and a half ago the Wilmont was <a href=\"http:\/\/goodnightraleigh.com\/2009\/04\/are-we-saying-goodbye-to-the-wilmont\/\">facing demolition<\/a>, but now it&#8217;s been renovated and given <a href=\"http:\/\/www.raleighpublicrecord.org\/news\/city-council\/2010\/12\/07\/council-tightens-push-cart-rules\/\">historic landmark status<\/a> from the city. Originally built in 1926, the West Raleigh apartment building had fallen into disrepair in recent years.
