Special Comp Plan edition:
The City of Raleigh hasn’t updated it’s comprehensive plan since 1989. But over the past couple years it’s been forming tasks forces, committees and taking public comment, and now they have a draft ready. The city will present the draft tonight at the new convention center. Registration is at 6:30 and the program starts at seven.
