Police charged a 35-year-old man for assaulting a 27-year-old woman at their shared home on Deep Hollow Drive at about 6 p.m.

Saturday, April 18

At about 12:30 Saturday morning, someone assaulted a 20-year-old man with a gun at a bar on Newton Road.

Police arrested a 20-year-old man for selling weed on Western Boulevard early Saturday morning.

A 20-year-old woman got busted with drugs, “opium or cocaine derivative,” on New Barn Ave around 2 a.m.

Police arrested a 22-year-old Lillington man for driving while impaired on the 4200 block of Fayetteville Street just before 3 a.m.

Just after 2 a.m. someone tried to break in the front door to a home on Volkswagen Place.

RPD officers arrested a 24-year-old Fayetteville man for assaulting a 21-year-old woman at her apartment on Warren Avenue around 2:30 a.m.

One long night. Police arrested a 31-year-old man for driving while impaired just before 4 a.m.

Overnight, someone broke into a car on Silver Sage Drive and made off with a GPS unit.

Sometime before 1:30 a.m. someone stole a computer, Playstation, some jewelry and a $2 bill from a house on Windchase Drive.

Two men, 20 and 22, got caught stealing two 12 packs of Miller Light and one snickers bar from a store on Creedmore Road at 5 a.m.

Police charged a 29-year-old man for assaulting a 45-year-old man at their shared apartment on Mark Street just after 6 Saturday morning.

A bit early, isn’t it? Police arrested a 52-year-old Wendell man for DWI at 10 a.m.

At about 4 p.m. someone used a gun to rob a 55-year-old woman on Maple Oak Drive. The mugger made off with a wallet with $20.
