A silver 2010 Honda Accord was damaged while parked in the 2900 block of Oberry Street between midnight and 1 a.m. Tuesday.

A Panasonic mp3 player, two sets of speakers, two headlights, two taillights, and several engine parts were stolen from a 1994 Honda Civic parked in a log on Beagle Run Drive overnight Tuesday.

A 41-year-old female was arrested in connection with a simple assault at an apartment building in the 5000 block Fort Sumter Road early Tuesday morning.

Nine other cars in the lot were damaged.

Someone stole cash, Playstation 3 games, a flash drive and a backpack from a home in the 800 block of Havenwood Court between 3 and 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Someone stole three rolls of toilet paper, a laptop, a Playstation, Playstation games, a suitcase, a men’s gold watch, a 14 karat gold chain with a crucifix on it, a gold and black watch, more gold chains, a men’s wedding band and woman’s gold chain from a home in the 700 block of Carolina Pines during the day Tuesday.

Someone stole a pack of cigarettes and about $1.25 in change from a car parked at a city park in the 1200 block of Sunnybrook Road Tuesday evening.

Someone stole a peach-colored digital camera, three pairs of women’s dress shoes, perfume and a black handheld PSP from an apartment building in the 1300 block of Park Glen Drive during the day Tuesday.

Twenty dollars in cash was stolen from a car parked overnight Monday at an apartment building in the 10000 block of Hamilton Club Drive.

A 1997 white Ford Windstar was damaged while parked in the 1800 block of St. Albans Drive overnight Monday.

A North Carolina license plate was stolen from a cab while parked in a parking lot in the 2800 block of Brewton Place overnight Monday.

Someone stole a black 2006 trailer from a construction site in the 4400 block of New Bern Avenue overnight Monday.

Someone stole a 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe sometime during the weekend while it was parked at a home in the 6400 block of Island Ford drive.

A glass awning owned by the City of Raleigh was damaged sometime overnight Sunday in the 100 block of S. Wilmington Street.

Someone stole a red and white Guess purse, matching wallet and $120 in cash from a green 2005 Chrysler Pacifica 4T parked at an office building in the 7300 block of ACC Boulevard between noon and 3 p.m. Monday.

Someone stole a laptop, digital camera, cell phone, a cordless mouse, jewelry and cash from a home in the 400 block of Merwin Road during the day Monday.

Shots were fired by an unknown person at about 8 p.m. Monday in the 3200 block of Calumet Drive.

A white 1995 Ford Ranger was stolen from a parking lot in the 3200 block of S. Wilmington Street between 8:30 and 9:30 Monday. The vehicle was later recovered.

Sunday

Someone stole cat and dog-shaped piggy banks containing 50-cent pieces worth $500 from a home in the 6900 block of Ives Court between 9 a.m. and noon Sunday.

Someone stole a laptop from an apartment building in the 300 block of Wolf View Drive overnight Sunday.

Someone stole a garage door opener, a stereo, a GPS unit, a power inverter, a diabetes testing kit and a laser measuring device for construction from a black 2008 Ford Mustang parked in a lot in the 2800 block of E. Millbrook Road sometime between 3 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday. Two other vehicles in the lot were also damaged.

A blue 2006 Nissan Pathfinder was damaged while parked at a home in the 6900 block of Three Bridges Circle later Sunday night.

Ninety dollars in cash was stolen from a convenience store in the 4400 block of Capital Boulevard between 6 and 6:30 a.m. Sunday.
