Wednesday

Two leather jackets and a gold and leather jewelry box containing $7,000 in valuables were stolen sometime in the middle of the day on the 7000 block of Finland Drive.

A 2003 Hyundai Elantra was stolen sometime during the day from the 700 block of Smithfield Drive.

A 42” flat screen TV was stolen sometime in the morning from the 6000 block of Loch Laural Lane.

At about 11 a.m. 2 blue circular saws, 1 blue 18v cordless drill, 1 red drill and 1 set of jumper cables were stolen from a motor vehicle on the 4000 block of Capital Boulevard.

A 40-year-old woman was arrested at 3 a.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 1200 block of South Bloodworth Avenue.

At noon, a 40-year-old female was arrested for driving while impaired on Capital Boulevard near 540.

Around 3 a.m. a 20-year-old male was arrested for pot possession on the 6000 block of Hilburn Drive.

At midnight three middle aged men were arrested on the 200 block of West Johnson Street for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tuesday

Around 1 a.m. a 19-year-old male was arrested for pot possession on the 5000 block of Pack Pride Way.

Sometime in the early morning hours one car CD player, one black iPod, $40 cash and 2 tan Sperrys were stolen from a vehicle on the 300 block of Wolf Green Drive.

Also on the 300 block that same night a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am and a 2001 Honda Accord were damaged.

A 33-year-old woman was arrested at about 8 p.m. for assault with a knife on the 3000 block of Cold Harbour Drive.

Sometime during the day a 2001 Mazda was stolen from the 2000 block of Quarry Springs Road.

Around 7 p.m. one bubble gum, one chewing gum and one oatmeal bar were reported stolen and then recovered from the Food Lion at 1000 N. Raleigh Blvd.

At about 8 p.m. a 24-year-old man was arrested for pot possession on the 200 block of South Blount Street.

At 3 p.m. 7 Lithonia battery tools, one grinder, one skill saw kit, one grinder cutter and one small black tool bag were reported stolen from the 4000 block of Capital Boulevard.

Sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning a 2000 Ford Taurus was stolen from Exit 4 on Glenwood Avenue.

An 18-year-old female was caught trying to steal one pair of Softee blue shorts and one pair of pink panties at about 8 p.m. at the Kohls on the 9000 block of Falls of the Neuse.

At about noon a 16-year-old male was arrested for driving while impaired on the 900 block of Lynn Road.

Private property on the 1000 block of Glenwood Ave. was damaged with spray paint/gang graffiti early Tuesday morning.

A 29-year-old man was arrested around 1 a.m. for pot possession on the 5000 block of Hillsborough Street.

Monday

Sometime during the morning hours one orange cell phone, $270 cash and one pack of cigarettes were stolen from a building on the 5000 block of Western Blvd.

Around 5 pm, a silver laptop, $45 cash, a black leather purse, a credit card and check book were stolen and a 2000 Toyota Corolla was damaged on the 600 block of East Six Forks Road.

Also on the 600 block of East Six Forks Road that same evening a brown leather purse, $20 cash, red leather purse and 4 credit cards were stolen and a 2005 Toyota Sienna was damaged.

Around 5 p.m. an AC unit, valued at $2000, was stolen from the 1900 block of Cartier Ruby Lane.

A 25-year-old male was arrested for the theft of one Acer Aspire Laptop, one black laptop computer, 12 DVDs, one pair of basketball shoes and some clothes.

Sometime after 1 p.m. a Louis Vuitton brown wallet, $180 cash, one SS card, one Miller Motte college ID, one birth certificate and one black leather jacket were reported stolen from the 5000 block of Western Boulevard.
