Police arrested a 43-year-old man for assaulting a 42-year-old woman at their shared apartment on Lenoir Street just before 3 Monday morning.

Weekend potato chip thief. Someone broke into a Chevy truck on the 6900 block of Old Wake Forest road over the weekend and stole six bags of Cape Cod Potato Chips.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man for pot possession on Loft Lane at around 11:30 Monday night.

Police arrested a 54-year-old man for indecent exposure on the 200 block of S. Blount Street just after 5 Sunday evening.
