Come out and catch The Debonzo Brothers as they play a set Saturday night at The Berkeley Cafe with Scott Miller. This band has been described as several things, Commercial Pop, Eclectic Folk, Funk/Groove/Pop, and a few others. This is a good thing as each set showcases the band's range and talent. I'm not sure what you will get on Saturday but it is certain that it will be multi-genre, solid music and certainly something worth checking out. Jeff Debonzo would not have it any other way.(Photo Courtesy of This Coast Magazine)

The Moderate plays a homecoming of sorts this Friday at The Pourhouse. Members of the band are Raleigh natives but now make their home in Washington, D.C. In case you did not catch them at Hopscotch this year, this band is masterful at blending elements of Indie and Classic Rock along with vocals that blend genres and enthusiasm into a sound that is inviting and yet energetic all at once. This is the perfect fix to get you out of the Thanksgiving day stupor and into the weekend! (Photo Courtesy of Hopscotch.)
