City Asks for Input on Bike Routes

Raleigh officials are asking for public input on 22 bicycle projects throughout the city.

"Sharrows" remind motorists to share the road with bicyclists.

The city will install at least 27 miles of marked, on-road bicycle facilities during the next two years. Some of the related projects may involve changes to travel lane configurations and on-street parking patterns. The design process is underway, and residents are invited to learn more and share input during the following public meetings:

Monday, Jan. 27 from 5-6 p.m., before the BPAC Meeting
