Registration is open for the 10th Annual Krispy Kreme Challenge, which will take place at 8 a.m. Feb. 8.
The Krispy Kreme Challenge is an NC State student-organized charity race that benefits the North Carolina Children’s Hospital. To date, the organization has raised $558,000.
To compete, participants begin at the NCSU Belltower, run 2.5 miles through downtown Raleigh, stop at Krispy Kreme to eat one dozen doughnuts and then run back — all in less than one hour. More than 8,000 people undertake the challenge each year.
