City officials announced the date of the 11th annual Neighborhood Exchange, which will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 a the NCSU McKimmon Center, 1101 Gorman St.
The Neighborhood Exchange occurs each September offering residents from across the city a chance to discuss neighborhood issues and share ideas for making neighborhoods better. A committee of residents chooses topics each year.
