Planning Commissioners approved a text change amendment this week that would restrict the development of gas stations located within 200 feet of a residential zoning district.

Planning Commissioners Tuesday recommended denial of a controversial rezoning request in the Falls Lake Watershed. They also voted to approve plans for a new parking deck at Rex Hospital and an Enterprise Car Sales on Glenwood Avenue.
