The idiosyncrasies at Law Enforcement had just begun. In August 2005, Mike Wagner took over as CFO. A public hearing Tuesday will be the last official public review of the Unified Development Ordinance, or city zoning code, before it heads to the Planning Commission and Council for adoption.
