We take a quick look at some recently issued renovation permits for work ranging from guest room improvements at the downtown Sheraton to $70,000 renovation of The Butcher’s Market in North Raleigh.
The final sitework permits have been issued for the Glenwood Place Apartments just south of the Crabtree Valley Mall and the I-440 interchange. Glenwood Place will eventually be turned into a mixed-use development of retail, office, housing and more.
