Durham is soon installing Bicycle Boulevards in some of its downtown neighborhood streets. We talk to Aaron Lubeck, a resident who helped organize the denizen group responsible for this change. He explains more about bike boulevards and what other Triangle towns and cities can learn from their efforts.
