A 30-year-old man assaulted another man in the parking lot of 5400 Six Forks Rd. at 1:00 this morning.

Sometime this week, someone stole a silver bicycle from around 6500 New Market Way.

Overnight, someone stole a laptop and a computer monitor from a home one the 7200 block of Bentley Circle.

Someone stole a power drill, an electric saw, a GPS, and 70 R&B CDs from a car on the 2800 block of Millbrook Manor Circle sometime between Wednesday and Thursday.

During the day, someone stole clothes and electronics from an apartment on the 2400 block of Hill Street.

Between 10:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. someone stole electronics valued at $1150 from a house on the 2000 block of Leadenhall Way. Next door, someone stole a television and a pink Nintendo.

Two people were arrested by police for stealing eight boxes of condoms and a box of hair ties from the CVS at 200 Fayetteville St. around 1 p.m.

Between 1:30 and 2 p.m. someone stole an edger and a chain saw from an apartment on the 3900 block of Marcom Street.

Someone stole eleven necklaces from the store in the Natural Science Museum just after noon. The merchandise was recovered.

Between 5 and 7 p.m. someone stole a DVD-player and an MP3-player from a house on the 2500 block of Vanderbuilt Avenue. At the same house, police arrested someone for possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 22-year-old woman assaulted a 24-year-old man in a restaurant at 6325 Falls of the Neuse Rd. at around 7 p.m.

Someone robbed the Walgreens at 3101 New Bern Ave. at 9:58 p.m.

A 37-year-old man assaulted a police officer near the 2700 block of Community Drive at around 10:30 p.m.

At 11 p.m. someone stole snack bars and juice from a car parked at 6630 Lake Hill Drive.
