The City of Raleigh is leaving the Christmas lights up and hockey team flags are being flown along Fayetteville Street. The RBC building has posted its own greeting high above the old Century Post Office Building. And Sunday night brought out the workers to attach the huge welcoming signs to the Raleigh Convention Center. Let the festivities begin…
