Raleigh city leaders and representatives from the Parks and Recreation Department dedicated the Neuse River greenway Thursday evening.
The Neuse River greenway trail will be 28 miles long after one more three-quarter mile section is complete. The trail stretches from Falls Lake Dam to the Wake and Johnston county line.
The city now has 100 miles of greenway trails.
