The eighth annual Sparkcon brought chalk drawings to Hargett and Fayetteville Streets this weekend.
The art and design festival is produced by the nonprofit Visual Art Exchange and includes many different types of “sparks” such as art, dance, music, ideas, geekery, theater, circus and more.
