The JC Raulston Arboretum in Raleigh used colorful plastic cups placed the their fence along Beryl Road to promote their Birds and Blooms programs. The JC Raulston Arboretum is a nationally recognized garden, with the most diverse collection of cold hardy temperate zone plants in the southeastern United States. The arboretum is open to the public 365 days a year.
