Although there’s plenty of animals to be seen at this year’s State Fair, it’s Otus the Owl who steals the show. Otus is on hand – literally, on a hand – at the booth for the Forest Foundation, which rescued an injured Otus, who can no longer fly. Otus, an eastern screech owl, can be found in the Commercial Building.
