Council Roundup: Glenwood Pedestrian Bridge Approved

Councilors approved a rezoning for a mixed-use development near Crabtree Valley mall that will include a pedestrian bridge across Glenwood Avenue. In other Council business, the city received a $27 million loan for the Neuse River Waste Water Treatment Plant, and plans to apply for another federal grant for the new downtown train station.
