The list below is sorted by salary, from highest to lowest. No surprise that the city manager and the city attorney are at the top. Ever wondered how much the parking enforcement officers downtown make? $23,801. Raleigh police recruits make $34,000 a year, and bump up $1,000 when they become police officers.
