We met with some members of Oaks and Spokes, a nonprofit whose mission is to grow the bicycling community and culture in Raleigh. Each May (during National Bike Month) the organization puts on a 10-day festival with multiple events. We talked about the festival, their group, and cycling in Raleigh.
