Planning Roundup: New Retail for Lake Boone Trail; Holly Hill Expanding

Planning Commissioners approve rezoning cases on Lake Boone Trail and Oberlin Road, and deferred a rezoning case on Daniels Street. Commissioners also approve plans for a new apartment complex, a new office building in the Glenlake Office Complex and expansion plans at Holly Hill Hospital.
