Councilors on Tuesday voted to deny controversial rezoning case Z-7-16, which would have allowed for a Christian Pregnancy Center to open next door to an existing abortion clinic, voted to approve a new office development on Sandy Forks Road and held discussions on a number of proposed text change ordinances.
